Kevin Meadows

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Meadows brings over 45 years of leadership experience, and is a retired 27 year veteran US Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9) credited with multiple combat special operations deployments. Since Mr Meadows’s retirement from Active Duty, he has supported the Department of War with enterprise services focused on Information technologies infrastructure, secure computing, Data Center construction, decommissioning and optimization, and supply chain management. Mr. Meadows was instrumental in the Development, designed, management, and provided direct leadership for the Last Tactical Mile – In Transit Visibility (LTMITV) Warehouse-To-Warfighter (W2W) program.

Matthew Gundy

Matthew Gundy is a subject matter expert with more than two decades of professional experience in sensors, communications, signal / image processing, and surveillance systems, with critical roles in designing, building, and testing of Force Protection/ Border Security Systems. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. As the Domain Subject Matter Expert and Systems Engineer, he managed the CBP Non-Intrusive Inspections AI Fentanyl detection project for the Border Systems Integration Branch. As a Lead Product Engineer/SME Surveillance Engineer, he led the requirements generation and test and evaluation of the Northern Border Remote Surveillance System and Maritime Detection Project.

Darrin Sachs

Darrin Sachs is a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Senior Supervisory Special Agent and Deputy US Marshal with more than 30 years experience operating in high risk and complex law enforcement and intelligence investigative environments. His expertise spans asset forfeiture, foreign and contract corruption, corporate and bank security, counterterrorism, organized crime, international operations, money laundering, crisis management, special events, training, and personnel and physical security. Mr. Sachs held managed the execution of the FSA Asset Forfeiture Program Support Contract for the Department of Justice (DOJ), Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Executive Office in Washington, D.C.

Zach English

Zach English brings over 15 years of extensive experience in global program management and intelligence analysis, having recently completed his service in U.S. Navy SEAL Team 8. Starting his career as a department leader at the National Security Agency (NSA), where he effectively managed highly sensitive projects and initiatives, Mr. English led a team engaged in critically important intelligence analysis. During his tenure as a US Navy SEAL, he led joint training exercises with numerous partner forces. Notably, Mr. English played a key role on the NSW assessment and selection team for multiple cutting-edge technologies designed to enhance warfighter lethality.

Ms. Bolin is a seasoned homeland security leader with more than 20+ years of federal service within the Department of Homeland Security and an additional 20+ years as a senior consultant supporting DHS and other federal law enforcement agencies. She brings a rare combination of institutional insight, operational depth, and enterprise level governance expertise to drive mission aligned performance and strategic oversight.Her leadership is grounded in decades of hands on experience across ICE, CBP, TSA, FLETC, FEMA, and other law enforcement environments, where she has consistently delivered frameworks that withstand audit scrutiny, elevate operational readiness, and support modernization across complex, multi site programs.Ms. Bolin is a seasoned homeland security leader with more than 20+ years of federal service within the Department of Homeland Security and an additional 20+ years as a senior consultant supporting DHS and other federal law enforcement agencies.
